Brussels, 17 June 2019 – SPIE Belgium, a subsidiary of SPIE, the independent European leader in multi-technical services in the fields of energy and communication, was awarded the first prize this afternoon in the “Integration” category of the Brussels Construction Awards 2019, organized by Constructiv.
During an official ceremony at Brussels city hall this afternoon, SPIE Belgium came away with the first prize in the “integration” category of the Brussels Construction Awards organized for the first time by Constructiv, an organization that provides services to companies and workers in the construction industry.
With this prize, Constructiv aspires to reward the most deserving Brussels companies in the sector in three specific fields: “Skills Management,” “Wellbeing” and “Integration.”
SPIE Belgium distinguished itself in the “Integration” category through its actions to recruit and train its staff, the Emploi Tremplin Construction (ETC) [Construction Springboard to Employment] initiative, and the integration of new employees.
