Anderlecht, le 7 juin 2023 - SPIE Belgium, a subsidiary of the SPIE Group, the independent European leader in multi-technical services in the areas of energy and communications, is launching a major recruitment campaign to strengthen its multidisciplinary teams across Belgium. The aim of the campaign is to recruit hundreds of new "SPIEcialists" who will help the company to meet the challenges of the energy transition and responsible digital transformation.
An inSPIErating employer...
SPIE Belgium is a key player in multi-technical services in the industrial, service and infrastructure sectors, and currently employs 1,550 people in Belgium. To pursue its growth, the company is constantly on the lookout for new talent. In 2022, SPIE hired more than 250 employees and plans to open 335 new positions in the coming months.
In addition to the pride we take in contributing to the energy transition and the responsible digital transformation of our companies and customers, teamwork, conviviality and well-being initiatives in the workplace are all assets of the company. SPIE was certified Top Employer this year, for the 16th time in Belgium.
SPIE also places particular emphasis on the ongoing training of its employees, to enable them to develop both professionally and personally. Almost 90% of SPIE employees in Europe receive training every year. In Belgium, this represents no less than 20,000 hours of training per year.
In parallel with this recruitment campaign and the training initiatives undertaken, SPIE Belgium is investing in the talents of tomorrow by collaborating with Volta, the electrical engineering crossroads, which organises initiatives such as https://go-electro.be/fr to encourage young people to take an interest in technical professions in short supply.
