A testament to excellence and continuous improvement

SPIE Belgium, the Belgian subsidiary of SPIE, the independent European leader in multi-technical services in the fields of energy and communication, has received the 'Top Employer' certificate for the eighteenth consecutive year. This distinction recognizes its numerous initiatives carried out throughout the year, both in the areas of human resources and in ethics, integration, leadership, and sustainable development. It also honors the strong values that the company and its employees proudly embody.

On Thursday, January 16, SPIE Belgium officially received the Top Employer 2025 certificate from the Top Employers Institute, an international organization that recognizes excellence in human resources management in companies.

In 2024, SPIE Belgium particularly stood out in four areas:

  • Employer Branding: The employer branding campaign “SPIEcialists”, launched in 2023, continued in 2024. This campaign highlights both the expertise of our employees and the warm atmosphere of daily work. In 2025, this campaign will regularly feature on social networks.
  • Integration and Development: The onboarding of new SPIEcialists, the autonomy and flexibility they are given, and the significant investment in their training and development are key strengths of SPIE Belgium.
  • Remuneration: The company has worked on the diversity and flexibility of its salary package, particularly through a continuously evolving cafeteria plan, allowing employees to adjust their compensation throughout the year to meet their current needs.
  • Values: Proximity, performance, and responsibility are core values that SPIE holds dear and that its employees share and embody daily. These are complemented by impeccable ethical principles and the promotion of diversity, both widely embraced within the organization and considered strong pillars of cohesion.
